There are already too many tropical diseases natural from the Amazon Rainforest. Despite new diseases being discovered all the time, there is not so far an epidemic plague as the ones mentioned, and I hope it will continue this way. The Amazon Rainforest is already home to malaria, Chagas disease, yellow fever and other less-known diseases. Dengue fever is not original from the Amazon, but was brought to the region by humans and found a perfect environment there.
